Ferris Plock x Panhandle Skateboards

Panhandle Skateboards came about in 2008 when two gentlemen skateboarders drank enough at a bar to think starting a skateboard company was a good idea. They both lived and worked in San Francisco and skated a stretch of Western Addition called the Panhandle. The Panhandle neighborhood has always been an awesome destination for skateboarding and so it seemed like a good name for a skateboard company. Both gentlemen wanted to create a skateboard company where they could use the artwork of some of their talented friends and colleagues. Panhandle skateboards are all limited edition boards and available through www.panhandleskateboards.com.

Ferris is an artist living and working in San Francisco. His first skateboard was Santa Cruz Jammer. His favorite skater growing up was either Pat Duffy or Sal Barbier. His favorite place to skate these days is a push to Ocean Beach and the 38L back. He can also be found skating Pacifica from time to time with other members of the Plock Clan. Ferris also is very interested in trying the Doritos® tacos at Taco Bell® but isn't sure his colon will survive. He and his lovely wife collaborate on all sorts of art projects and have a 2 year old, redheaded monster who likes to push skateboards around their backyard.
